Returns
We accept returns within 1 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, VyomKart will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer reasons (where accepted), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
